"Squeeze Me In" is another top song from the pen of Delbert McClinton, this time in company with Gary Nicholson. Apart from McClinton’s own rendition, which has become a popular inclusion in his live sets, the song was recorded by Lee Roy Parnell for his 1995 album We All Get Lucky Sometimes. It was also recorded as a duet by American country music artists Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood. It was released in February 2002 as the third single from the album Scarecrow. The song reached number 16 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart. Brooks and Yearwood's version was nominated at the Grammy Awards for Best Country Collaboration with Vocals. Hope you enjoy my cover of yet another of McClinton’s masterpieces, this time using the backing arrangement of the Brooks/Yearwood version
