Weird Rise of the Tomb Raider flying/teleport glitch (PC)

Whilst I was recording a part this happened. If you missed it, I started out at the waterfall (the crypt entrance) right at the far end of the first area of the Geothermal Valley, then teleported right to the other end of the map (near where the battle takes place) - no idea how though.
