The great thing about crocheting is that even the most complicated of patterns can still be broken down to the very basics of crocheting. Don't ever approach a crochet pattern with doubt. Simply break down the pattern and approach it one stitch at a time. If a stitch is foreign to you, then find a YouTube tutorial on it, learn the stitch, and resume with the pattern.
