Party Hard: Hard Crimes Speedrun Ghetto (0:39)

I decided to start speedrunning the Hard Crimes DLC. I was very surprised to find out that this level can be beaten under a minute. I was hoping to find a way to sneak into the drug dealer's area, but I ended up finding the fire hydrant he's standing next to. At first I hoped someone might run into it and scare him out, but I ended up realizing that people eventually fall asleep so I just dragged one of them to it and set up the trap. Completely skipping the need to collect $60 for food. It's highly RNG dependent, but it can be done with consistency.
