This is my gluten-free, high protein, high fiber, low sugar, healthy brownie recipe. This is a guilt-free dessert you can enjoy any time of the day or night. These brownies are a delicious, nutritious healthy food or high energy snack that are better than any protein bar or energy bar that you can ever buy, so take some along wherever you go! My homemade recipe is simple and easy to follow and packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. These brownies are so healthy for you, they are my family's favorite! The combination of complex carbohydrates and high protein will help keep you full longer and your blood sugar stable so you won’t have insulin surges and sugar cravings, excellent if you are trying to lose weight, or build muscle, or you’re on a high protein, low sugar, or keto diet.
