McKechnie Says Verizon 9-12 Months Ahead of AT&T on 4G

Dec. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Mark McKechnie, an analyst at Gleacher & Co., talks about Verizon Wireless and AT&T Inc.'s plans for fourth-generation wireless networks. AT&T agreed to buy wireless spectrum from Qualcomm Inc. for $1.93 billion as customers increasingly use bandwidth-hogging services such as video downloads.
