I have recorded this song for Alan Duffield as a little token thought to mark the completion of his Drama PhD!! Alan has been a HUGE influence on me as a performer, and was such an encouraging, supportive and fun Performing Arts teacher. My days at the Peter Symonds' college were made so amazing by having such an inspiring tutor as Alan. He encouraged me to follow my calling into music. I chose to record this song (with cobwebs n' all), because this is the song that Alan picked for me to sing for our end-of-college-show; 'Fin de Siecle' (after which we all danced the night away to David Bowie!).
