I misspoke with respect to criticism for money managers who sold gold prior to the recent decline. I meant to say that I can only criticize such managers if they fail to buy it back after the decline and allow gold prices to raise above the levels at which they sold. Of course, there is nothing good to be said about those managers who rode the market down and then sold near the lows.
