Cobb County Police say van being driven erratically before crash
According to Sgt. Wayne Delk with Cobb County Police, an off-duty officer spotted a white van "driving erratically" on Veterans Memorial Highway on Tuesday. The police began chasing the van, which eventually crashed into a truck.
