Batman: Arkham Knight 10th Anniversary Replay - Chapter 13: Stopping The Villains

We may be closing in on the final act, but Gotham is still crawling with its most dangerous criminals — and the Dark Knight can’t leave them free to terrorize the city. Before saving Gordon and Robin, Batman takes on one last crusade to round up every major threat still at large. First, Deathstroke’s militia must be dismantled, clearing Watchtowers, Checkpoints, and Bombs across the city, culminating in an intense showdown with the legendary assassin himself. Next, Batman rescues reporter Jack Ryder from the clutches of the twisted cult leader Deacon Blackfire. The hunt for the “Perfect Crime” comes to a close as Professor Pyg’s horrific spree is ended and his kidnapped civilians are freed. Batman also makes good on his promise to Catwoman, rescuing her from Nigma’s clutches and teaming up to defeat the Riddler’s massive mechanical monstrosity. Mr. Freeze’s heartbreaking search for his dying wife Nora reaches its conclusion, reuniting them for a bittersweet “happily ever after.” Finally, the League of Assassins attempts to resurrect Ra’s al Ghul, but his daughter Nyssa opposes the plan. Batman faces a moral choice — restore Ra’s to health or destroy the machine keeping him alive. By the end, every major crime in Gotham is resolved, every villain locked away, and the city is as safe as it can be… just in time for the endgame.
