[BATS] 30.2k Condition Quickness Firebrand

So besides Torch 4 being one of the most cancerous skills ever made, this build is pretty damn strong. When you combine the benchmark number with the fact in a lot of real fights you can either get Tome resets or extra F1 procs from Permeating Wrath this can really get crazy on fights such as Sabetha. I ran 2-1-3 Firebrand not really for the damage increase (it's only like 150 or something minor), but in real raids I find frequent quickness applications to be more consistent than a fat stack from Stalwart Speed. Experiment with it yourself though and see what works! When running FB/Ren/Chrono comps and you don't want to get a new gear set for Renegade Runes, I recommend running 2-3-3 Firebrand for a near equivalent increase in DPS and drop in boons.
