Billy Goldenberg - A Stitch in Crime (1973)

Music clips culled from the season 2 television film of "Columbo" entitled "A Stitch In Crime" in which heart surgeon Dr. Barry Mayfield (actor Leonard Nimoy) is hidden in the dark in a hospital's parking garage to knock and kill nurse Sharon Martin (actress Ann Francis) near her car and then he is waiting in the dark motel room of his next victim Harry Alexander (actor Jared Martin) to drug him and simulate an overdose. Composer Billy Goldenberg writes a music score that contains gloomy orchestral music combined with electronics and filled with distortions, echo and psychedelic arrangements for the murder scenes. The last four seconds feature a cue from Dick De Benectis' "The Most Crucial Game" score.
