2 in 1 Shahi Malai Korma/ शाही मलाई कोरमा Rohu Fish & Egg Version 🥚🐟✨ ⏳ Preparation Time: 15 minutes 🔥 Cooking Time: 30 minutes ⏲️ Total Time: 45 minutes 🥣 Ingredients: ✅ For Base: 500g Half Fried Rohu Fish/ हाफ फ्राइड रोहू मछली 4 Boiled Eggs (slit)/ उबले हुए अंडे (चीरा लगाए हुए) ✅ For Gravy: 1 cup Oil/ तेल 1 cup Ghee/ घी 1 tbsp Kasuri Methi/ कसूरी मेथी 2-4 Green Chilies/ हरी मिर्च 2 large Onions/ प्याज़ ½ tbsp Cumin Seeds/ जीरा ½ tbsp Coriander Powder/ धनिया पाउडर 1 tbsp Ginger/ अदरक 1 tbsp Garlic/ लहसुन 2 tbsp Cashews/ काजू 2 tbsp Almonds/ बादाम 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds/ खसखस 1 tbsp Black Pepper/ काली मिर्च 1 tbsp Sugar/ चीनी 1 cup Fresh Cream/ ताज़ा क्रीम Salt to Taste/ स्वादानुसार नमक 1 cup Curd/ दही Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves/ बारीक कटी धनिया पत्ती 1 tbsp Garam Masala/ गरम मसाला 🍽️ Instructions: 1️⃣ Heat oil & ghee in a pan. Add kasuri methi & green chilies. 2️⃣ Add onions, cumin seeds, coriander powder, ginger, garlic, cashews, almonds, poppy seeds & black pepper paste. Sauté well. 3️⃣ Add sugar, fresh cream & salt. Mix well & let it cook for 2 minutes on low heat. 4️⃣ Now, add yogurt, chopped coriander leaves & half-fried rohu fish or boiled slit eggs. 5️⃣ Cover & cook for 2 minutes, then sprinkle garam masala & coriander leaves.
