Oneida man dies in overnight crash in Kentucky

Kentucky State Police said 23-year-old Shawn Smith was travelling south on Interstate 75 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky, when he lost control of his 1999 Dodge Q-15 and went down an embankment before crossing a county road.
