Homemade Mayo 1 egg 1 Cup avocado Oil 1/2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard 3 tsp. apple cider vinegar 1/2 - 3/4 tsp. sea salt Instructions: Using an Immersion Blender place all ingredients in a pint size mason jar or container equivalent in size. Mix on high speed for 1 - 2 min until well incorporated. Be patient, leave the immersion blender on the bottom of the mason jar until you see the ingredients change into mayo, then move the immersion blender around to incorporate all ingredients. Keep in the fridge for 1 week. Enjoy!
