The frame rate achieved with the AMD R9 380 starts on the Low graphics setting runs at an average of 83 frames per second and drops down to an average of 48 FPS when the graphics quality is pushed up to High. Call of Duty Black Ops III was released on PC November 6 2015 by Activision and Treyarch. There are several different graphics options allowing the user to set individual settings such as Vsync, Anti-Aliasing, Framerate etc however some of the options are maxed out on a medium setting which seems a bit odd. The game performs well even on the highest settings even though it does tend to dip well below 60fps when there are more particle effects or lighting on the screen.
