1999 2-ton Janitrol packaged air conditioner Not working correctly!

this POS is not working correctly actually it's running in heat mode the whole thing is not working correctly, it really needs to get replaced!! and it's not blowing out any air at all, there is a Trane Packaged air conditioner 90,000 BTU from the 48th week of 2013
