There are three key locations within the compound where you must use your phone to capture the regime's crimes: First, approach Higado Lake and drain the water using an orange valve. Photograph the bodies revealed below the surface. Next, find the caged prisoner area on the west side—avoid or take down the guards and grab evidence photos. Finally, access the secure building using a found key, climb to the transparent roof, and snap a final photo of the horrors inside.
