As we move toward the end of the twelve days of Christmas, our readings from Jeremiah and Matthew remind us of God’s guidance and the radiant joy found in the arrival of the Messiah. Today’s altar flowers are given in thanksgiving for Canon Simón Bautista Betances for his years of faithful service to this Cathedral and the wider Episcopal Church. 🎶 Music for the Day Processional: "As with gladness men of old" (Dix) and "We Three Kings of Orient Are."
