Today I am making a creamy Dalgona iced coffee without instant coffee. #whippedcoffeewithoutinstantcoffee This is a popular drink at the moment but the instant coffee version tastes too bitter and acidic. I was so surprised how delicious this turned out. The texture is similar to a milkshake and only uses 3 simple ingredients. I hope you enjoy this espresso version as much as I did.
