The perfect bacon trick

1 lb. bacon (or however much you need!) Parchment paper (alternatively you can use tin foil) This is an easy peasy hack for all you bacon lover’s out there! Just preheat your oven to 450 degrees, line a baking pan with parchment/tin foil, and in a single layer line the prepared pan with strips of bacon, cooking until reaches desired doneness. I found about 15 minutes is the “sweet spot” flipping the bacon over around the 8 minute mark.
