The automatic drive positioner enables you to store two sets of positions for the driver’s seat, steering column and outside mirrors (if so equipped) using these controls on the driver’s side door. To store a set of positions: ● First, ensure that the shift lever is in Park with the ignition switch in the ACC or ON position. ● Adjust the driver’s seat, steering column and outside mirrors to the desired positions by manually operating each adjusting switch. ● Push the SET switch and within five seconds, push memory switch one or two. ● The indicator light for the pushed memory switch will illuminate and remain on for approximately five seconds. If the memory has been stored a chime will sound sfx. If a NEW set of positions is stored in the same memory switch, the previous memory positions will be overwritten. Stored memory positions can also be linked to an Intelligent Key. First, store a set of memory positions. When the indicator light for the pressed memory switch is illuminated, press the unlock button on the key fob. The indicator light of the linked memory switch will blink. After the indicator light goes off, the key fob is linked to that memory setting. For a second driver, repeat this procedure using the other Intelligent Key. Your vehicle is also equipped with the Entry/Exit Function. This feature automatically moves the driver’s seat back, and the steering wheel up, when: ● the driver’s door is opened and the ignition switch is OFF, or ● the ignition switch is turned from ACC to OFF with the driver’s door open. With the shift lever in the Park position, the driver’s seat and steering wheel will return to their previous positions when the ignition switch is in the ACC or ON position. The entry/exit function can be adjusted or cancelled through the Vehicle Settings in the vehicle information display by performing the following: ● Press the right or left arrow button until “Settings” displays. ● Use the up/down function on the ENTER button to scroll down to Vehicle Settings ● Press ENTER ● Arrow down until you reach the Memory Seat (ADP) ● Press the ENTER button ● Arrow down and select Exit Seat Slide or Exit Steering Up ● Now press ENTER to check or uncheck the box, turning this feature on or off When the Exit Seat Slide or Exit Steering Up is checked, the meter setting items are memorized for each Intelligent Key. If two intelligent keys are in the vehicle at the same time, the Key Link System will recognize the last key used. If there is a desire to change to another key in the vehicle: ● Turn the engine off. ● Press the UNLOCK button on the intelligent key that you wish to use. ● Start the engine.
