The key is to try to line him up with Stitch so that Stitch shoots lasers at him. You can also cancel his spinning attack by staggering him during it or right after it, which forces him to do it again. This can be repeated for a while (although I can't claim I fully understand his stagger endurance-like mechanics). The anti-gravity station makes air combat actually kind of satisfying in this one. I'm a fan.
