Friday marks the 25th anniversary of the U.S.-brokered peace accord known as the Good Friday Agreement, which brought an end to decades of deadly violence in Northern Ireland. President Biden is traveling to Northern Ireland Tuesday where he will meet with leaders in Belfast before heading to the Republic of Ireland.
