Here's a recipe for Triple Chocolate Mousse: Deliciously rich, easy to make, and no oven required! ==Base Ingredients== 200 grams crushed chocolate cookies 100 grams melted unsalted butter ==Layer 1 Ingredients== 120 grams Van Houten Professional Dark Chocolate 65.7% 150 grams whipping cream (part 1, warmed and mixed with chocolate) 150 grams whipping cream (whipped until soft peaks form) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 grams gelatin ==Layer 2 Ingredients== 120 grams Van Houten Professional Milk Chocolate 29.5% 150 grams whipping cream (part 1, warmed and mixed with chocolate) 150 grams whipping cream (whipped until soft peaks form) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 grams gelatin ==Layer 3 Ingredients== 120 grams Van Houten Professional White Chocolate 23.7% Ingredients: 150 grams of whipping cream (part 1, warmed and mixed with chocolate) 150 grams of whipping cream (whipped until soft peaks form) 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract 4 grams of gelatin ==Instructions== 1. Mix the chocolate cookies with the melted butter until well combined. Press this mixture into the base of the mold. Today, I'm using a tall 2-pound mousse mold. 2. Freeze until set, about 20 minutes. 3. Soak the gelatin in ice-cold water for at least 20 minutes. 4. Whip part 2 of the whipping cream until soft peaks form. 5. Warm part 1 of the whipping cream and pour it into the chocolate mixture. Stir well. 6. Microwave the gelatin until melted, then add it to the mixture. Stir well. 7. Add part 2 of the whipping cream and mix until well combined. Pour into the mold. 7. Refrigerate to set for about 15-20 minutes. Make the second and third layers. 8. Refrigerate to set for at least 3-4 hours.
