Chebukati memo confirms election was stolen - Raila Odinga

Nasa Presidential candidate Raila Odinga says an internal IEBC memo written by commission Chairman Wafula Chebukati to the CEO Ezra Chiloba, seeking answers on key aspects of the August 8th election, is proof that there was election fraud, and that the democratic right of Kenyans had been abused. Raila asserts that the fresh presidential election ordered by the supreme court has to be conducted fairly saying IEBC did not consult stakeholders on the new election date.
