Anthony is in Mexico City, up to his ears in delicious beans, jalapeños, and all the stew one could want. He begins at a food cart run by the incredible Dona Anastasia. Dona hand crafts fresh blue corn tortillas, or what Anthony describes as the “best tortillas ever.” Then, he samples an array of tacos— “wet tacos” filled with guts, tongue, eyeballs, and al pastor. The next day, Anthony joins friends Martin and Carlos for an early morning breakfast at Fonda Margarita.
