Soundies, Moonlight Cocktails for Two, 1940s

I am sorry for the film condition. I did what could be done. There was no leader and I soaked this film for 4 months in a film conditioner just to get what I did. This was on a 14 inch reel with several other musical films (Soundies) I have uploaded here. The film reel was in a deplorable condition and after much cleaning we have something to look at.
