The New Jersey Devils were already angered by a non-call of what looked to be a boarding penalty committed by the LA Kings. Their own subsequent boarding penalty was called, a 5 minute major penalty, which led to 3 Kings goals in the 1st period. This clip shows the Kings' 4th goal, which provides the Devils a further bone to pick with the officials. There was a collision between the linesman, Pierre Racicot, and the Devils defenseman, Volchenkov, arguably putting him out of position, preventing a play against Dustin Brown, and taking away his momentum from the rest of the play. The Kings scored their 4th goal shortly afterwards. Racicot appeared to be significantly injured by the collision as Volchenkov's stick went down hard onto his face. Blood could not be stopped dripping from his mouth. Shortly afterwards, Racicot almost gets hit again in the face with another stick as he skates past a player. 2012 Stanley Cup Finals NJ Devils vs LA Kings - Game 6 (Kings win 4-2) June 11, 2012
