Sunday AM update: Sam & Victor weaken; new area of development

Eye on the Tropics Hurricane Sam is starting to weaken as it moves towards the northern Atlantic. It's still a strong hurricane with winds of 105 mph moving to the northeast at 17 mph. The forecast projection shows Sam continuing to move to the northeast through the first half of the week and eventually becoming a post-tropical cyclone as it gets closer to Greenland.
