Surviving a knife attack part 2/5

Surviving a knife attack part 2/5

In a knife attack you're going to be filled with fear which causes you to have shaky hands and impaired hand eye coordination. It will cause your brain to only rely on techniques you've drilled again and again. If the attacker happens to get even just one cut or stab on you then you are likely to have damage to certain nerves that will also impair you to perform the knife defense/disarm. Another horrible reality is that you are not going to have just finished stretching/warmup workout before the attack occurs. It is not going to be a friend at the gym who you know has a knife and is not going to harm you but rather it will most likely be a surprise and will be something you don't see coming. Because many times knives are hidden until they actually attack you many victims do not even realize they are stabbed until after the attack occurs. Since this is the brutal reality you might consider watching a few videos I have on preventing the sucker punch knockout.
