Local authorities are funding the construction work in the village of Sartana, some 30 minutes’ drive from the government-held port city. Officials say that officially, the Ukrainian government has no fund to compensate the owners of damaged homes. However, the regional authorities have themselves allotted over $100,000 in total for the project. Check out our website: http://uatoday.tv Facebook: / uatodaytv Twitter: / uatodaytv
