Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 4-6 hours. 4. Shape the dough. 5. Cold proof the dough in the fridge overnight. 6. Next day, heat dish in oven at 500 degrees for an hour. 7. Score the dough and place it in the hot dish. Bake covered for 25 minutes. 8. Uncover the dough and bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees. 9. Let the loaf rest for an hour and then enjoy!
