Nintendo Switch Zelda BOTW screen flickering flashing

This video shows a flickering or flashing on the screen while playing Zelda Breath of the Wild on the Nintendo Switch in handheld mode. This only happens occasionally. Is this a GPU or hardware issue? Should I just return my Switch?
