Diamonds Are Forever by Ian Fleming

Diamonds Are Forever by Ian Fleming

My very crude and quick attempt to re-cut the opening of "Diamonds Are Forever" to better reflect the brutal nature of Bond after the death of his wife. This is part of a larger fan-edit of DAF to make it darker and more cynical; bridging the emotional gap left at the end of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service." I whipped this up quickly in about six hours on Sony Vegas, so I realize there are tons of sound problems and the video quality is poor, but it gives you a rough idea of what I'm striving for. This fan-edit is non-profit. I do not own or claim to own any material presented here. It is the property of Eon Productions, Ltd., Danjaq LLC., MGM and United Artists. The James Bond Theme written by Monty Norman; the score was composed by John Barry. Produced by Harry Saltzman and Albert R. Broccoli. Directed by Guy Hamilton. Copyright 1971.
