Insert Coin (SMW Hack)

Here we have a really nice romhack built by two people, one of which doesn't have an account on SMWCentral. They spent a few months sending level files back and forth to eventually get what is now known as Insert Coin. The only major flaw is the lack of midpoints, unless if the gems were not working properly. It must be infuriating for the average player to have to repeat 5+ minutes worth of gameplay.
