Take onion in a bowl, add Paneer,capsicum, tomatoes, curry leaves, salt and mix well. 2. Heat a nonstick tawa and gresse it with some oil, add a portion of Diabexy Dosa Mix Batter and spread it to make a thick disc. 3. Then add the paneer mixture on top and tightly press it. Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip it and cook for 1 minutes more. 4. Now place it on a serving plate 5. Serve hot with Chutney and Curd.
