Haizhu Bridge is a cross-river passage between Haizhu District and Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. It straddles the Pearl River system. It is one of the earliest central axis components in Guangzhou, the first steel structure opening and closing bridge in China, and the 1963 version of the "Eight Views of Yangcheng" "One, the main roads of north-south traffic in the urban area. The Haizhu Bridge was built in December 1932; completed on February 15, 1933; rebuilt on March 25, 1950; repaired on May 1995, February 28, 2012, and August 3, 2019. The total length of Haizhu Bridge is 356.67 meters, and the total length of the main bridge is 182.90 meters. The north and south spans are symmetrically arranged. It was originally a three-hole through-type simply supported steel truss bridge. Separate upwards to facilitate the passage of the ship.
