PLEASE HELP! Nissan Leaf 2023 Power Failure | Service EV Unable to Restart After Power Off

I recently bought a 2013 nissan leaf to do rideshare. I absolutely love the car. I like the fast charging capability, and being an EV, the car saved a lot of money on gas. However, after owning the car for 5 months, I encounter a weird error, and I can't start my car. The error message said "Service EV System Unable to Restart after power off. I have tried my fixes from online references but nothing helps. Please help me by commenting on this video if you know how to fix this issue. Thank you.
