As for the capital, monsoon rain will return on Friday bringing cooler highs but lows will remain on the warm side. While it's forecast to be a muggy Wednesday in South Korea,... most regions in North Korea will have sunny skies with scorching highs. For major cities in Asia, Beijing and Tokyo will be under partly sunny skies with highs of 32 and 30 degrees. Meanwhile, Wellington and Melbourne will have some sunshine with highs in the low teens. Heading to North America, major cities on the continent will have highs below 30 degrees Celsius while Mexico City will see thunder and lightning at times. As for South America, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro will be under mostly sunny skies with highs of 20 and 23 degrees. Taking you to Europe, blistering heat is in store in Madrid and Rome with highs of 36 and 35 degrees. Lastly to Africa, Tripoli and Dakar as well as Algiers will have similar weather patterns under dazzling sunshine.
