Don't skip the end and do watch what feedback other members have given on the dish. ************* START of RECIPE ************* In a pan dry roast 1 tsp whole pepper, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1 or 2 dry red chilies. Sauté till light brown, allow it to cool, and grind it to a coarse or fine powder. In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp butter/ghee, add 1 sliced onion, 2 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté well on high heat. Add cubed capsicum pieces (optional) sauté well on high heat again. You can keep the capsicum crunchy by tossing it for less time. (I wanted it soft so cooked it for couple of more mins). Now add the ground pepper masala powder, a pinch of turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala powder, mix well with capsicum onion. Now add the cubed paneer, mix everything well gently. Now reduce the flame to low. Keep mixing it gently until the masala gets coated with the paneer. Finally, add crushed dry Methi leaves. Add butter on top if necessary, Mix well and serve hot.
