Typhoon MEGI Inner Rainbands (37 m/s, 2016)

Megi made landfall in northern Hualien 120km south of Taipei. Highest winds recorded in Taipei was 140km/h, but 147km/h at my area. When it made landfall, I recorded lowest pressure of 973 mbr at 14:10 and 15:20. The central pressure at the landfall location was 953 mbr. My own anemometer recorded highest sustained winds of 63km/h and gust of 128km/h Megi was a Cat 3. It intensified a little 1 hour before landfall to 125 mph winds. Filmed with Iphone 5 and GoPro Hero 3+. The lady in black outfit is a hotel worker. I will add wind speed measurements in the future chases
