I ran into the same GLITCH twice in Super Mario Maker 2!

I ran into the same glitch twice while playing Expert Endless mode in Super Mario Maker 2. Do you think a NO SKIPS player would be justified in skipping a glitch level, or should they be required to figure it out or lose the run?
