If you have any question/suggestions write in comment section and press the bell icon if you did not yet, to get many more such recipes from Pooja Kitchen's Magic. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- सामग्री | Ingredients: अलसी १.५ कप | Flaxseed or linseed 1.5 cup गुड़ १.५ कप | Jaggery 1.5 cup मेथी १।४ कप | fenugreek seeds 1/4 cup चावल आटा १ कप | Rice flour 1 cup कटा काजू १।३ कप| Chopped cashew 1/3 cup कटा बादाम १।३ कप | Chopped almonds 1/3 cup नारियल बूरा १।३ कप | Desiccated coconut powder 1/3 cup कटा मखाना १।३ कप | Chopped lotus seeds 1/3 cup कटा पिस्ता १।३ कप | Chopped pistachios 1/3 cup कटा अखरोट १।३ कप | Chopped walnuts 1/3 cup खसखस १।४ कप | Poppy seeds 1/4 cup गोद १।२ कप(१००ग्राम्) | Gond 1/2 cup(100gram) घी १।३ कप | Clarified butter 1/3 cup किशमिश १।४ कप | Raisins 1/4 cup सोंठ पाउडर १।२ चम्मच | Ginger powder 1/2 tsp हल्दी पाउडर १।४ चम्मच | Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp 'अलसी मेथी गोंद और सूखा मेवा के लड्डू | Flaxseed Fenugreek Gond And Dry fruits Ladoo' Steps: Keep pan on stove. Add 1.5 cup flaxseed. Roast it properly on medium to low flame. Transfer it in bowl. Add 1/4 cup fenugreek seeds in pan. Roast it until color change. Transfer it in bowl. Add 1/4 cup poppy seeds. Sauté it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Transfer it in bowl. In same pan add 3 tbsp clarified butter. Add Gond and fry it become big. Transfer it in bowl. Add 1/3 cup chopped almonds in same pan. Add 1/3 cup chopped cashew nut. Mix it well. Add 1/3 cup chopped walnuts. Add 1/3 cup lotus seeds. Add 1/3 cup chopped pistachios. Roast it properly. Add desiccated coconut powder. Mix it. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Mix it well. Transfer it in bowl. Add 1 cup rice flour. Roast it properly for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. Transfer it in bowl. Now add flaxseeds and fenugreek seeds in mixer jar. Grind into fine powder. Transfer it in dry fruits bowl. Add gond in mixer jar. Grind into fine powder. Transfer it in same bowl. Mix it well. Now add 1.5 cup jaggery in pan Add 2 tsp clarified butter. Wait for jaggery until melt. Now melted jaggery add in ladoo mixture. Mix it properly. Make ladoo with the help of finger. Now our winter special' healthy Flaxseed Fenugreek Gond And Dry fruits Ladoo' is ready.
