Super Mario World - TSRPR: Part 35 - World 7 Stages 4-5

Apparently YouTube flipped itself upside-down for awhile today... but I was asleep during this time so I guess I missed the festivities. Either way... that is one of the more harmless, less annoying April Fool's jokes I have heard of in awhile. Now onto the stages... Stage 4: Monty's Mansion - Remember how much I hate the moles? Well first they had their own ruins... then their own monument... and now their own MANSION!! The hack's author must really love moles... The stage itself is not so bad... Bring a cape and a fire flower and you should be fine. Just be ready to think fast as there are a lot of quick jumps in this stage. The end of the stage is another gauntlet of tricky jumps... this time with mega moles! A couple of the jumps are just nasty because you need to get a running start on the mole's head in order to reach the proper height to not die. The gauntlet is pretty long, so do not screw up! Stage 5: Frozen Fears - The background in this stage is very disorienting... I mean... just LOOK at it! Aside from that though, the stage really is not all that bad. The name implies the fact that all the floors are slippery, so best tread carefully to not end up going face first into a ghost. You can get through a large portion of the first room by performing the ever popular hitch-hike on a eerie technique... Then comes the jumps. Lots and lots of slippery little blocks spread out in strange patters... and some of them are ghosts too! Time your jumps carefully, and watch the shade of grey of the blocks so you can tell which ones are ghosts! The game tries to force a fire flower onto you at one point, but definitely switch back to cape. I strongly recommend it.
