Healthy Panjiri Laddu Recipe | Winter Special Energy Laddu | Power-Packed Panjiri Laddu | Perfect for Kids & Adults | Nutrient-Rich Panjiri Laddu | Easy Homemade Recipe | Ultimate Winter Panjiri Laddu | Immunity Booster Ladoo | Energy Booster Panjiri Laddu | Dry Fruits & Seeds Laddu Panjiri Laddu Recipe Preparation Time: 30 minutes Cooking Time: 20–30 minutes Serves: 4 Ingredients Almonds Cashews Raisins Walnuts Makhana Gond Grated coconut Sesame seeds Pumpkin seeds Poppy seeds Flax seeds White pepper Sunflower seeds Kalonji Besan Wheat flour Desi khand Ghee Method Heat a kadhai and dry roast the sesame seeds. Remove and set aside. Add a little ghee to the kadhai and roast the seeds (pumpkin, flax, sunflower) until they turn slightly crisp. Keep aside. Add the dry fruits—almonds, cashews, walnuts, and makhana—and roast them lightly. Set aside. Add some ghee again and fry the gond until it puffs up. Remove and keep aside. Add another spoon of ghee and roast poppy seeds, white pepper, kalonji, grated coconut, and raisins. Now add ghee once more, then roast the besan and wheat flour on low flame until they turn golden and aromatic. Let everything cool down. Add all roasted ingredients to a grinder jar and make a coarse mixture. Mix this mixture with desi khand and warm ghee as needed. Shape the mixture into laddus. Serve the Panjiri Laddus and enjoy!
