Hi All, In today's video, I am showing how I refresh my box braids. I work out at 3-4 times a week, so I sweat a lot and when I have braids, I wash them at least once every two weeks to avoid smelly braids because I try to keep them in for 4 weeks or so. I usually dilute the shampoo to make it runny so that I can easily rinse it out and that works perfectly for me. Do you wash your braids? How often? How long do you keep the braids in?
