This step workout was filmed on the beautiful beaches of Hawaii. We'll work through a warm-up combo, then 4 fantastic step combos followed by a quick cool-down and stretch. Two of the combos are more choreographed, and two are a little more athletic to give participants the chance to really pump up their heart rate.
