For those wondering about performance which i understand is a huge concern especially for foliage, I did my best to cut out as much unused alpha space for both LODs as well as keeping the poly count at a minimum. This scene which is rather dense runs at 120 fps solid 1080p on a GTX 1070, i7 4770, 16gb of ram. The textures are not combined into a single atlas and are also all individually 4k sheets which is not ideal for games but I am working to add a second set of textures with them all atlased on 1 sheet for alternative use.
