Sled Drag Acceleration March

Attach a belt to a sled and secure belt around your waist. Lean forward and set up with your body at an approximate 45 degree angle from the ground. Brace trunk and straighten both legs. Bring one knee up to parallel with the hip. Make sure to have your knee up and toe up. Begin to drive the ball of that foot into the ground immediately going into triple extension on that leg. The other knee will begin to drive and repeat the same pattern. When driving the foot back into the ground try to do so under your center of mass (hips). Continue to perform alternating marches for the prescribed reps or distance.
